Hello, I’m Noah. I grew up in Taiwan with a violin in my hands. I thought my life would always be on stage.
At 24, everything stopped.
For years, I pushed myself too hard. I ignored the pain in my hands until it was too late. It wasn’t one accident—just years of overuse. Eventually, I couldn’t play a single note.
The years that followed were difficult. My career slipped away. Financial pressure grew. I felt lost. I even walked away from church, thinking it had nothing left for me.
But somehow, I found my way back.
At church, my pastor saw what I was going through and helped me connect with a specialist who worked with injured musicians. That was the starting point.
Recovery was slow. Some days felt pointless. But little by little, my hands began to respond again.
During that time, I started teaching.
At first, it was just something I could still do. But over time, I began to see things differently. Lessons were never just about playing the right notes. Each student came with their own pace, their own struggles, their own way of learning.
My wife Eleanor was walking a similar path. She connected naturally with young beginners in a way that was patient and steady. I still remember a parent telling her, “My child has never focused like this before.”
That stayed with us.
In 2024, our family moved from California to Celina, Texas.
The first time I saw the small lake near our home, it reminded me of the river in front of my childhood home in Taiwan. After a long journey, it felt familiar. Like we were starting again, but not from the beginning.
Today, our work looks different from what I once imagined.
The stage is quieter now. The progress is slower, and sometimes harder to see. But it is real, and it lasts.
And for us, that has become enough.
Over time, this way of teaching took shape in two different paths.
Some students are just starting.
Others already have experience and want to continue growing.
You can choose the path that fits your child best.
